The personal information in the possession of Bryo srl was directly collected from the interested party at the time of registration, after reading this information sheet.

In accordance with art.13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Privacy Law), your personal information, given to us to stipulate this sales agreement is subject to our electronic and/or manual processing, for the purposes of registering the user and activating procedures to finalise the contract and related necessary notices, in order to comply with laws connected to civil, tax and accounting regulations; for the administrative management of transactions.

Providing personal information is not obligatory, but refusal to provide it prevents performance of the service. If such information is furnished, the interested party's consent is not required for its processing.

It is your right to exercise the rights under art. 7 (Right to access personal information and other rights) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03. To have your personal information cancelled you must send written notice via post to the company's registered office. The use of this website is disciplined by the terms and conditions below.

1. Registration
Access to the website is allowed after registration, during which the user will select a user name and password (hereinafter "personal codes"). The user agrees to keep these personal codes with the maximum diligence and confidentiality. It is expressly forbidden to transfer or let others use your personal codes and therefore the user is responsible for any damage caused to Bryo srl resulting from such illegal use.

Data retrieved via cookies shall be used for needs of a solely technical nature, in order to guarantee an easier, more immediate and faster access to the website and its services and simpler browsing for each user.

2. Service interruption
Bryo srl may interrupt the availability of the website at any time and without warning and shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages sustained by the user or others for this interruption or for any inefficiency.

3. User activity
The service offered by the website allows the user to express his vote in relation to a proposed survey. By expressing his vote the user authorises Bryo srl to communicate his preference to the promoter of such survey.

Moreover the user may send his own suggestion and/or material in reply to a published request, in doing so the user automatically transfers to the promoter company of such request the fullest intellectual property rights and copyright on such suggestion and on any developments that such suggestion may have.
The user further declares to be the sole holder of the copyright and intellectual property rights for the inserted material and suggestions. The user agrees not to insert material or suggestions of which he is not the holder of the above rights.
If, up to the sole discretion of the promoter company, the user is selected as winner, the user shall receive, as compensation, the item, service or other communicated in the request.

4. Information communication
The user hereby authorises Bryo srl to communicate his personal information to third parties such as request promoters if the user's suggestion is selected by the promoter as winner. In this case the personal information may be communicated to other third parties who shall manage delivery of the aforesaid item or service.

5. Points
Each user has his own personal point container the contents of which shall be increased by using the website according to the point accumulation table below. The website contains a catalogue of gifts each marked with a value expressed in points. The user can use his points when he wants to obtain a gift, which shall be sent to him at no cost.

Point accumulation table:
- For each vote expressed: +1 point
- For each suggestion/material sent: +10 points
- For each suggestion/material sent selected by the promoter as winner: +50 points

Bryo srl reserves the right to verify the suggestions and/or material sent and if they, at Bryo's sole discretion, are not deemed in compliance with the request, it may subtract the points from the user. Moreover, Bryo srl may suspend or cancel the account of a user who repeatedly behaves in an incorrect manner by sending suggestions and/or material for the sole purpose of earning points.

6. Indemnity and liability
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bryo srl, its representatives, administrators and collaborators from all losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, including any legal expenses, that are incurred or sustained by Bryo srl as a consequence of inserting suggestions and/or material for which the user did not hold the copyright and intellectual property rights.
Bryo srl is not liable for the votes or suggestions inserted in the website nor how the promoters use such data. Bryo srl's role is limited to putting the user and promoter in contact and it cannot in any way be considered the recipient of such votes or suggestions.

7. General clauses
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions are declared null, invalid or ineffective, in all or in part, by any competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

The user accepts that the laws and regulations of Italy shall apply for all issues related to use of the website. The user and Bryo srl hereby agree that the Court of Milan shall have sole jurisdiction for the aforesaid issues.
